CVAN Empowering Creative Collaboration

CVAN NW attended a packed event hosted by Open Eye Gallery and the University of Salford as part of Creative Collaboration: Empowering Labour’s Mission event last week.

It brought together key leaders from across the cultural, health and well-being, education, criminal justice, civic, employment and environmental sectors to demonstrate how we can drive positive social change and economic growth, through collaboration locally and nationally.

Empowering and passionate speeches were given by Lord Keith Bradley, Chair of the Salford University Council, Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport MP Lisa Nandy, Bella Simpson, Young Labour’s Women’s Officer and Cllr Anthony Burns of St Helens Council.
