Open Eye Gallery is honoured to be supporting the National Pavilion of Ukraine at the 60th Venice Biennale, curated by the gallery’s curator, Max Gorbatskyi and the curator of Our Home: Ukrainian Photography, UK Words exhibition tour, Viktoria Bavykina.

ON TOUR
The HOME developed with Ukrainian Photographies will be showing in public spaces across Rochdale from June – July 2024, at Stills, Centre for Photography, Edinburgh from August – October 2024, at The Turnpike Gallery, Wigan & Leigh from November 2024 – January 2025, and finally at Portcullis House, UK Parliament in February 2025.

The exhibition highlights contemporary Ukrainian photography by reflecting the vibrancy, diversity and creativity of modern Ukrainian culture, with community input at each site.
