Could your organisation be part of Transform National?

We’re pleased to share that applications are now open for four visual arts organisations across England to become host organisations for Transform National.

In partnership with In partnership with New Art Exchange (NAE) CVAN England and Disability Arts in Shropshire (DASH), and supported by Arts Council England and Art Fund, the programme supports Global Ethnic Majority and Disabled, Deaf and Neurodivergent emerging leaders to develop their experience and progress towards executive leadership in the visual arts.

Transform National brings together paid Associate Executive Director (AED) placements, mentoring, professional development and organisational learning. Host organisations will welcome an AED for 15 months, as part of a wider 18-month leadership development programme. This is an opportunity to support emerging leadership while reflecting on existing practices, exploring more equitable ways of working and contributing to meaningful change across the visual arts.

• Applications open: Monday 26 October 2026
• Online information session: Wednesday 4 November, 2–3pm
• Application deadline: Monday 23 November 2026 at 12 noon (UK time)
